Use "brain" and "connections" of Thai Professionals Living Overseas to help in the Development of Thailand, particularly in science and technology.

Quick and Effective way of getting qualified expertise.
To promote collaboration between NSTDA and overseas partners; through joint R&D projects, technology transfer and other joint activities through focused clusters and research programs (Strategic Planning Alliance - SPA), by having cooperation with Overseas Thai Professionals and their networks.
RBD alliance and Network

Disseminate and Exchange information about Thailands needs to NSTDAs alliance and networks both inside and outside Thailand.

Work closely with RBDs partners especially Commission on Higher Education and Ministry of Science and Technology to strengthen the activities of overseas Thai Professionals/students that benefit all concerned parties
3.
Form joint R&D programs, exchange and education program
1. Participants in Special Projects.
2. Speakers/organizers in technology transfer activities involving some specific ongoing projects
